Timeless.

Genuine.

Emotive.

My passion is to capture the magic that exists in each moment.

A woman in a white dress with a floral crown is holding a rolled-up paper and smiling at another woman in a black dress, both dancing at a wedding reception inside a lit tent with string lights.
Black-and-white photo of people at a formal dinner party, sitting around multiple tables, with some guests eating and others mingling, in a well-lit room with balloons hanging from the ceiling.

You won’t just look back and remember the photo, you’ll feel it, too.

A partially sliced white cake with decorative icing on a gold-edged cake stand, with a glass dish of cake pieces and cake server nearby.
A black-and-white photo of a bride and groom walking outdoors on a sunny day. The bride is wearing a strapless white wedding gown, and the groom is dressed in a black tuxedo with a bow tie. They are holding hands and walking across a grassy area with a large tree in the background.

Letting your day unfold exactly as it should.

If you’re here, you likely value presence over perfection and trust over control. You’re not looking for someone to orchestrate every moment or turn your day into a production. You want photographs that feel honest, grounded, and reflective of how your day actually unfolded, exactly as it was.

This is wedding photography for couples who care deeply about meaning, connection and art. For those who understand that a wedding day doesn’t need to go perfectly in order to be perfect.

I’m Erica

I’m a wedding photographer based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, serving couples across the Southeast and beyond. My work is rooted in documentary storytelling, observing, anticipating and quietly capturing moments as they naturally happen.

I approach wedding days with a calm, grounded presence. I’m not there to run the show or insert myself into every moment. I’m there to notice what matters, to stay attentive and responsive, and to document the day with intention and care.

My philosophy

I believe the most meaningful photographs are created when people are allowed to be fully present. When moments aren’t forced, managed or over-directed, but simply allowed to unfold.

Weddings are layered with emotion, movement, and unpredictability. That’s not something to control away, it’s something to honor. The quiet exchanges, the fleeting glances, the way a room feels before something big happens, those are the moments that hold weight long after the day has passed.

My work is about preserving feeling. Not perfection. Not performance. Just the truth of the day, as it naturally existed.

I photograph with a documentary and cinematic approach, staying unobtrusive while remaining deeply aware of what’s happening around me. I give gentle direction when it’s helpful, but I don’t over-manage or choreograph your day.

I trust my couples, and they trust me in return. That mutual trust creates space, space for real moments, real emotion and photographs that feel timeless rather than trendy.

You won’t be asked to perform. You won’t be pulled away from meaningful moments. You’ll be free to experience your day, knowing it’s being documented thoughtfully and artfully.
